UK indie rockers Bloc Party have recently released their fifth studio record “Hymns” via BMG Records this January, and are now looking to mark the occasion by presenting fresh songs to fans across Europe and the US.
They intend to get the party started on February 15 with a homecoming gig at the Bush Hall in London, UK. The trek will continue with a set of three shows in Europe during early March, and then continue.
Starting with the mid-March set of two shows at two iconic US festivals – McDowell Mountain Music Festival 2016 in Phoenix, and SWSX show in Austin, the boys will officially be trekking across the States. The run will really heat up in May, including two nights in Toronto as sole gigs on Canadian soil.
Finally, the band will return to Europe to rock some of the most prominent summer festivals on the old continent. The band’s final show this year so far has been booked for September 25, live at the Hollywood Bowl venue in Los Angeles, CA.
