Fall Out Boy and Ed Sheeran to Collaborate With One Direction

fall out boyPop punk veterans Fall Out Boy have been listed among potential artists to collaborate with superstar boy band One Direction, Daily Star has recently revealed.

Following the departure of Zayn Malik, the band opted to take a more mature approach with their music, and have hired a roster of famous artists to help them along the way.

Apart from Fall Out Boy, the list includes young hit maker, singer songwriter Ed Sheeran, as well as rockers The Cribs, All Time Low, and The Madden Brothers.

It remains to be seen what kind of input will the mentioned artists give to the 1D sound, but so far a decent portion of fans and general public has been pleased to hear the news, expressing hope to hear some mature and even rock-fueled material from the boys. They’re still young and have an undeniable singing talent, so we might as well give them a shot or two.

As for team FoB, the band is set to hit the road this summer with Wiz Khalifa for a string of North American tour dates. A detailed itinerary and additional ticket info are available here.
