American indie alternative rock champions Modest Mouse are ripping it up as hard as always these days, and are looking to burn up the road this spring and summer with a stretch of live tour dates across Australia and US.
The trek will commence on March 21, live at the Enmore Theatre in Newtown, Australia, and continue across the country for about a week. Following a one-month break, the gang will hit the States for two warm-up shows, only to really cook things up in late June with a one-month run throughout the country.
Some of the notable stops on the tour include concerts in Seattle, Nashville, Austin, and other prominent cities. During the majority of gigs, the band will share the stage with Brand New. Finally, the trek’s last stop has been booked for July 31, live at the Moda Center in Portland, OR.
Modest Mouse’s latest studio album, “Strangers to Ourselves,” was released in March 2015 as the group’s sixth record.
